How to update the Nokia E65 firmware to version 2 if you're on 3

I decided to compile my posts on some forums to help out some people update the firmware of the E65 if it is not yet available through Nokia Software Update.

The trick is to change the product code (to 0545446) using Nemesis to trick the Nokia Software Update utility to think that your phone is not a 3 branded phone.

You DON’T need the TNT enforcer application mentioned. Just ignore references to it in the guide.

One thing you mustn't do however is restore your saved settings from a previous firmware onto your updated nokia! Unfortunately, i did this and ended up having to send the phone in for repairs.

Overall, my E65 is much more stable with less crashes. Which is the main reason why i took the plunge.
